Pastor Bob gave us an important reminder today to let God arrange our lives and have control. I know that’s hard for me. It was also a powerful moment today to have Cat sing Rise Up right in the middle of her difficult journey with her mother’s injury. What a powerful act and reminder that we can rise up and say we are blessed because we are loved by God regardless of our circumstances.

The youth celebrated and made a presentation for the 30 hour famine they had been on. They had made a chain that had 2900 links in it with each link representing tons of people who die from hunger each day. It was a great challenge to mission. Then J. P. Herholdt gave a challenging and moving testimony about his tour of duty in Iraq as we honored our Veterans. Amazing Day!
