If you are interested in volunteering in the Worship Arts Department please read thoroughly the process listed below, download, complete, and turn in the Worship Arts Ministry Volunteer Form and we will begin to see what the Lord has in store!
To best recruit, equip, and place volunteers within the Worship Arts Ministry at Eagle’s Nest, we have instituted the following process. It is designed to find individuals, discover and invest in their gifts, and place them accordingly into active ministry that best serves them and the Body of Christ.
RECRUIT
1. Initial Exposure to the Worship Arts Ministry (Come to church!)
2. Attend and become part of the church family
a. 3 months in attendance preferred
b. 101, 201, 301 Classes and Membership Commitment
3. Attend a Worship Arts Ministry R.E.P. Meeting (held several times a year)
a. Acquire information and learn about the ministry
b. Fill out and turn in appropriate forms – Worship Arts Ministry Volunteer Form
4. Participate in the follow up process
a. Interview with ministry leader
b. Audition if applicable
EQUIP
1. Receive training and mentoring in the area of interest
a. Attend related training
b. Begin observation and/or mentoring for specified amount of time
PLACE
1. Begin 6 month commitment to ministry
c. Serve on rotation
d. Continued training and mentoring
e. Participate in post 6 month review
2. Continue service and grow!
a. Continue on rotation of service
b. Continued training and growth
c. Share in Leadership
3. Attend appropriate meetings and annual review
There may be a waiting list for certain ministries due to the number of people needed and the ones already involved.
